HYROX classes, every Sunday starting March 8th
We're expanding the schedule with something we've been looking forward to for a long time: HYROX classes at Maskineriet.
Starting Sunday March 8th, we'll run coached HYROX sessions every Sunday from 10:00 to 11:30. The classes are designed to prepare you for race day, but you definitely don't need to compete. We mix conditioning, station work, and strength, and scale everything to your level.
New to HYROX? In short: 8 km of running alternated with 8 functional stations. Everything from rowing and ski-erg to sled push/pull, farmers carry, burpee broad jump, lunges, and wallballs. It's brutal, it's fun, and it's for everyone who wants to test their limits or just get moving.
