What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids is an adapted version of CrossFit for teens and young athletes. We focus on teaching movement fundamentals, building strength and conditioning, all in a playful and supportive environment. The goal is for everyone to have fun, grow, and feel stronger.

Schedule

CrossFit Kids runs twice a week. Classes are 60 minutes and led by Coach Charlie. Last session for the spring semester is Sunday May 31.

Charlie has been doing CrossFit since the box opened and is our youngest RX athlete. He leads CrossFit Kids with energy and dedication, making sure everyone feels seen, challenged, and encouraged.

What ages is CrossFit Kids for?

CrossFit Kids is for anyone aged 9–15.

Do you need prior experience?

No, no previous experience is needed. We start with the basics and adapt everything to each person's level.

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes and indoor shoes. Bring a water bottle if you'd like.

How much does it cost?

100 SEK per class or 2,495 SEK for a semester pass. You can pay with card or Swish.

Is it safe?

Absolutely. All movements are adapted to each person's age and ability. We focus on technique and controlled movement, and Charlie ensures the environment is safe and supportive.
