HYROX is a standardized fitness competition held worldwide. The format is always the same: 8 running legs of 1 km each, alternating with 8 functional workout stations. We don't always run a full race in class - instead we focus on building you stronger and faster for raceday. Sessions mix heavy cardio with strength work.
The exercises in a HYROX race
Running
1 km between each station. 8 km of running total in a race.
Ski-Erg
1,000 meters on the ski machine. Full-body work requiring technique and endurance.
Sled Push & Pull
Push and pull a heavy sled. Pure power and willpower.
Burpee Broad Jump
Burpee followed by a standing broad jump. Explosiveness and conditioning.
Rowing
1,000 meters on the rower. Cardio, leg drive, and rhythm.
Farmers Carry
Carry heavy weights over a distance. Grip, core, and mental strength.
Lunges
Walking lunges with weight. Tests leg strength and balance.
Wallballs
Deep squats with a medicine ball thrown at a target. Strength and endurance.

What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness competition where you run 8 x 1 km alternating with 8 functional workout stations. The competition is held in large arenas worldwide and everyone competes in the same format.
Do I need to be fit?
No! Our HYROX classes are adapted for all levels. We scale weights and intensity to your ability. All you need is the will to challenge yourself.
What do I need to bring?
Workout clothes and shoes you can run in. We have all the equipment at the gym. Bring a water bottle if you'd like.
Do I need to be a member?
Currently, HYROX classes are included in your membership. We're launching a separate HYROX membership soon for those who only want to do HYROX.
Do I have to compete in HYROX?
Absolutely not. Many people train HYROX because it's fun and effective - not to compete. But if you want to aim for a race, we're happy to help.
