What is Small Group?
Small Group Training is a 6-week program where you train twice a week in a small group with personal coaching. You learn all fundamental movements, build strength and conditioning, and get an individual plan based on Level Method. Towards the end of the program you integrate into regular group classes.

No, Small Group Training is designed so you can start from scratch. We teach you everything you need to know.
How big is the group?
We keep groups small to provide personal coaching and feedback to each individual.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
You're ready to join regular group classes. You'll have already attended two group sessions during the program, making the transition smooth.
What is Level Method?
Level Method is a system that maps your physical capacity across 15 categories. It gives you a clear picture of where you are and where you're heading.
