What is Small Group?
Small Group Training is a 6-week programme where you train twice a week in a small group with personal coaching. You learn all the fundamental movements, build strength and fitness, and get an individual plan based on Level Method. Towards the end of the programme you integrate into regular group classes.

How big is the group?
We keep groups small to provide personal coaching and feedback to each individual.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
You're ready to join regular group classes. You'll have already trained with the group during the program, making the transition smooth. Read more about ongoing training and membership on our membership page.
What is Level Method?
Level Method is a system that maps your physical capacity across 15 categories. It gives you a clear picture of where you are and where you're heading.
